Do you mean one that responds to triggers? You can easily made an elevator by going to "editing GUI" selecting the "ent" tab and selecting platform.

No. The problem is not that I am using 2.6.1 or older mac binaries because I have been using it successfully with 2.7 for a while.There is some other factor that has been changed since then but I'm not sure what.
