Ok:
1. Make sure you don't use quick edit
2. Look down, under 'Save', 'Preview' and 'Sumbit'
3. Click on: 'Upload attachment'
4. Search for a screenshot and upload it
5. You can put it in your message by placing it 'in line' or just leave it
