To use pain-tool hit "P", find those textures with another texture mainly in the top right corner. Then click to paint

To change the colour of the water its as simple as this -->

" /watercolour 0 0 0 0 0 "

just change the number around to change the colour

Thanks for the help Though I tried doing exactly what you said for painting, but it didn't seem to work... maybe I'm still not doing it right. Anyway, it's late. I will try it tomorrow.

Haha, well, sort of. My Trisic map is going slow because I'm not sure weather I should downsize or not. The city is supposed to be huge, but that means the textures will be clearly visible. Doesn't really matter a whole lot since its only purpose is for my writing, but still. It's also gonna take a lot of time to fill it with models.

I'm going to make a short tutorial for you

First open Sandbox.

Load/Create new map.

These are the textures you use, where my cursor is pointing at -->

Click and drag the area where you want to "Paint"

Next go to the menu and select the texture i showed you in the picture.

Next hit "P" and keep pressing p till you get to "Inverted Dig", you can choose some lighter shades but Inverted Dig is what i use the most.

And just click the ground, that's it!
