There Are A Few Easter Eggs I Doubt You Can Find Them Without Going Into Edit Mode. All Easter Eggs Are Represented With A Jump Pad. Step On The Pad And You Found The Egg.

I've seen your map, (found 3 jumppads and 1 secret (dragon, got to look from it from above and look at it behind glass (2 jumppads)), and a jumppad somewhere on the ground) looks like you don't know a few things that might come in useful when making maps, like lights, gridsize and heighfieldmode
Lights: choose edit GUI in the menu (esc), new light, and after placing quick light (f3)
Gridsize: hold the G-key and scroll, grid size 3 is default, with 2 you can make stairs (you don't have to jump up them), with 4 or higher you can delete stuff faster/add heighfield to walls, so they look more detailed (3 takes much more time and might be too detailed/not really useful for huge walls
Heighfieldmode: select some land and press the H-key (don't hold ), scroll to give the ground a more natural look, with height and depths
I hope these things will help you out , you can ask in the IRC for somebody to make you a server, but there is a big chance there is nobody who won't want to make you one, there is no master server (yet), contact calimer, Hirato or tyche for this. You can make a server yourself too, there is a tutorial on how to do that on the wiki.
