I do believe that if you watch the commits to Sandbox, you'd see what he's up to.

That and the bot "CIA-7" (sometimes goes by "CIA-8") on IRC announces new commits to the Sandbox SVN shortly after they are made on the IRC channel.

I really couldn't say, he's been doing a whole lot on the dev.
You're better off looking through the commit history using an SVN client.

Nope. You'd be viewing the SVN repo's data.
