How do you quote?!?!?!

How do you quote?!?!?! I don't know how. For example I put Mike wrote: "I own PAS." How do I make "I own PAS." Show up as a quote, that mike said that?!?!?!

But to answer your question, you would use the BBCode for quoting.... The rest should be self-explanatory.
