Can I insert a video into the SANDBOX game maker?

I have a train cab ride video, I want to import it into Game Maker, so, player can play the train simulator by playing this video, can Game maker do it? if so, can it export as ios system ?

I think in the Sandbox maps there is a sandbox map called texanimation.
Check out the code on it.

I think you can, but you have to take around 1,000 pictures, just to make a 15 min video. Than you need to put the pictures in order in numbers, with the name of the texture with each number. Do what Kid Matthew said.
