First off, you've placed this topic in the wrong area. Next time you have a question, please place it in the Support Section. Secondly, don't bump your topic needlessly. It's at the top of the recent topics list anyway...
As for your questions:
1. Export? It's more a matter of creating an .exe that will run your game.
2. I'd either use Cube 2/Sauerbraten, or wait until HUD guns are added to Sandbox (if they aren't already in the SVN).
