Currently, I'm just wondering if the Heightmap (or whatever) has a mode that makes it so that it doesn't replace terrain in its way and kinda combines with it, sort of like an overlap or no-collide. This, and if modifying a flat side of an already HM'd side would not geometrically screw everything over.
In other words, I want to create some dang corners, both inside and outside, for mountain borders and mountains themselves. I know the better thing to do is just move the whole thing up from the ground, but I needed more natural, steeper cliffs than the normal ones generated.
Any suggestions?

Ohai, need some help
Re: Ohai, need some help
I answered this a bit in your introduction post, you could just select two different areas and then try to blend them together. Take care.
