Several Questions: How do you make hills, etc.

Ok so i was trying to make a cool map using sandbox 2.3 (im a Mac user so 2.5 doesnt work yet) and i was wondering how to smooth out the ground thats raised so it makes a hill?
Also, i dont have a clue how to go onto rpg mode. Can anyone help?

1: Hold G and scroll till you get the size you want. Click and drag the area where you want the hill. Press and hold H and start scrolling and the geometry shall raise.
2: In the main folder of Sandbox scroll down till you find RPG-Mode.bat

1. just press h once
2. start the launcher and choose RPG-mode instead of FPS-mode
