How do you make triggers for doors?

I'm new too sandbox and I was wondering how do you make a a trigger to pen a door?

Assuming you know how to add doors, select your door, hit F3, then go to "trigger type" and change it from 0 to a number.
Here's a useful sight: go down to entity types, select mapmodel, and there's a small description of the triggers.
