I recently made a map. Its really good for my first time( at least i think so ) and i wish to share it on here but im not quite sure what files to zip up with it Due to the fact When i searched the pas folder for the map i got like 30 files that are the same aside from different numbers in the end of the file. All i really need to know is does someone else need all these files to play the map. (because it looks like i have a different file for every time I saved the game) And are custom models and textures embedded into the map or does the other player need them as well?

Open the map in Sandbox and rename it. If it's firevalley, rename it firevalley1 that way you know which map to take.
The *.ogz, map-art.cfg. and config (if you have one) should be packaged. Here is the link:
Packaging Guide
I don't know about custom mapmodels but textures have always been fine for me. In any case, you should publish you models for us to use and see
Hope that helps!

Also it would help but not required, have a screen shot of your map so when people load your map they can see a part of it.
