Stencil bits option in 2.6

Guys i need your help, in sandbox 2.5 2.4 2.3 etc, there was a button called skill level wich made some gui buttons available, why cant i find it in 2.6? is there another way to show those buttons?

if you using windows like me it not there any more all the buttons should just appear.

ok.. but for example i cant find the stencil bits slider in the options menu and i need it otherwise sandbox is gonna crash

The advance thing is not there anymore all the options buttons like the shaders should just appear now.
