Go to the MD3 file, theres the shtuff(stuff).

with speed, use the console command " /movespeed x", where x is a number from 100-1000 (100 is the default), and for jumping height, you can use " /jumpvel x", which has the same range. You can also change gravity by using " /gravity x".

thx chocolatepie33 but the link you gave me talks only about the speed of the jump . theres nothing about the speed of his walking.

Too true. At first I thought he was a speed demon.

Actually... 200 is the default speed. Drop it round to 100 and it should walk at the correct speed.
