How do you make the angles that are on the railroad bridge? I am talking about the x shaped braces that are there. How do you make a shape like that?

Also would like to know how to make a circle or arch. I found a tutorial but couldn't follow it very well.

Try downloading and using my Dev-Textures for the Circle, as the pack is basic, there are a few more coming pretty soon. I'll take a look at the X-shaped braces on the bridge for you, but you could try using the smaller (smallest) grid size and creating triangles.
