Hey Guys,

I have downloaded this program to my macbook pro laptop and am having trouble running it. Just was hoping to get some help? I looked at the troubleshooting page but am not sure if it pertains to me. Any insight would help, thank you

Josh

EDIT:
Another thing to add:

When I try to open it reads "Invalid Installation: The sandbox folder must exist alongside this launcher"

AND

When I click play it reads "Can't Start Sandbox: Try moving the game folder contain sandbox so that the path doesn't contain weird characters, or start sandbox manually."

Any help would be much appreciated

I wouldn’t know any of the technical problems but I would only guess one thing, When you first downloaded sandbox did you download the multiplatform version?

I would assume you followed the instructions in the included readme

very few of us have any experience with a mac here, so you're pretty much on your own if those instructions the mac binary compiler guy wrote up weren't enough

i dont know much about the mac version, a friend had a similar problem, the binaries either the package and data folder were in the wrong place. best is to start from terminal to get some more output.

Yeah, see how it says download the mac patch in big letters next to the multiplatform version? Well, you have to do that :D Unfortunately it is not optional. Take care!
