Its not working

I downloaded it and then it said that it was finished downloading but it's not appearing anywhere?!?
Did you install it? If you didn't, do it. If you did, reinstall it with a directory that is easy to remember. EX: "C:/Users/(compaccountname)/Desktop"
After that, there should be a folder called PlatinumArtsSandbox2.7 on your desktop. Double click on this and VOILA! Hope this helped.
