Can SandBox make a game for ios device?

Hi there, can SandBox make an iPhone game and publish it to the App Store?
My guess is they can`t because its a small mobile version on IOS or Andriod and they dont have everything a PC does
Example: Andriod May work for some devices because they have a File manager that you can create folders and text documents. Which are needed for scripting, Triggers, Spells, and more in Platinum arts sandbox.
IOS (Apple Idevice) will not work because they don`t have an area for a folder and you cant create .txt/.cfg files.
if they did make an app for the Apple app store. all the scripting would have to be done (in game)
