Severe Texture, Shader and Text Problem

I have a problem with sandbox that makes it so that text, textures and other things blurred:

I would love some help with this!!!

I have Windows 7 and the latest version of Sandbox maker.

Your image link won't work, since you linked it to your computer, upload it instead :)
