Blurry letters, i can't read

I started to use the program today and when i open the letters was so blurry. The texture looks normal
My Notebook configuration:
Intel Core i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz
RAM 3 GB
VGA: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 (Core i3) 1.21 GB
DirectX 11.0
(Direct3D: Yes)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit Version: 6.1.7601

Have you tried going to options? It should have multiple rollover tabs when you open it, and one of them should have text style in it. Yours may be on a low setting for some reason, so check that! :3

Something seems really screwed up. The engine by default does throttle things down a bit so that intel hardware can render it at a playable framerate, but it shouldn't be nearly that bad.
If you think your hardware is up to the task, try setting maxtexsize to 0 or a higher value.
ie, press T and follow with /maxtexsize 0
