First off i am sorry. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed.. But i have read everything i can and tryed everthing i can... i cant get my keyboard to start working again i can in FPS not RPG.. i am new with linx( Ubuntu ). and i have tryed to remove it and reinstall... i need help i realy cant just drop this program now. mabie some one knows somthing...

Ok for sure i got the Fps working i went around the lanchure but i still cant get my RPG mode back

Which version of Sandbox are you using? 2.7.1?

no i am using 2.6.1 i think.. irealy have no idea how to get the 2.7.1 version.. lol i am sorry that i dont have a clue im new to computers.. i just am starting to learn code. mabie i have no bussienes even trying such a feet as sandbox.... but that wont stop me

I think this one's your problem.
You'll find the files in ~/.platinumarts

Also, before you edit menus.cfg, copy that over from /usr/share/games/sandbox/data to ~/.platinumarts/data since you'll likely not have edit permission for that file..


alternatively you can just update to 2.7.0 or newer
