Every time i do it the map looks like this.

What is your process for creating the light?
Usually that will happen when you've edited after creating a light, although it may be something else.
If you're simply using quick light (I don't know what version of Sandbox you're using), make sure you calculate lights. And don't edit afterwards if you want it to stay pretty.

I made this Pic immediately after the simple Quicklight (pressing the k button)

trying using /remip, make sure that the lighting process goes all the way through (not aborted or interrupted), change your lightprecision (/lightprecision 32, 64, 128...), use just sunlight instead of a sunlight/skylight mix, etc.
