Do I have to copy/paste the map to the folder C:\SANDBOX GameMaker\my_stuff\packages\base\fps everytime I want to move my map to another computer?

Is there a way I can save/open my map to/from a flashdrive or a different folder?

Straight up answer, yes... You do.

More explanation, you can also install Sandbox on a flash drive (if it has enough space) and then run it from there. That way, you don't need to copy maps.
