Ok I have no idea why this is doing this but just today as I was working along the faces on the geometry started flipping! Have a look;

‘Before’

‘After’ I back up a few feet

Have you guys seen this before? Do I need to start over? Did I reach some kind of limit?

Always~

You probably selected some of the object and rotated it. Witch cause flipping and turning. =]

Eeek indeed. Something about that does not look right at all.

Maybe post your operating system and hardware specs as this may be a graphics driver issue?
Anyone else have any ideas as to what would cause this?

Only other thing I can think of is maybe try a /remip in the console.
Doubt that''ll fix that issue though, remip just optimizes your geometry.

my guess is that some occlusion queries aren't calculating correctly.. this is evidentially a driver issue

out of curiosity, does /pvsstats return anything that isn't just a bunch of 0's? (if the numbers are anything but 0, /clearpvs might help)

PS. do as daniel_san says :P
