Just a simple question

I got a little problem, I hope somebody can help me.

I want to make screenshots in Sandbox 2.4,
but when I try pressing f12 or the printscreen button, I see not sandbox, but what I see when I close sandbox,
I hope somebody can explain how I can fix this.

In the future, you can just click the "Report this post" button in the upper left, and put in the report that the post is in the wrong forum and that you would appreciate it if it were moved.
