Hello and please help :)

Hi. I go by cc11rocks and am semi-new to coding. I know/work with autohotkey. I also know HTML and have played with python. I would like to know how to get started. I have downloaded the newest version Platinum Arts Sandbox carries. I have installed it. I opened the main program and was very confused. I then opened the beginner's program, got confused, exited, and tried to go back. Unfortuanetly, when I opened it again, the tutorial did't show up. Please tell me how I can get started. Thank you very much.

Hi. Let's see here... a macro program, HTML, and a bit of python... nice. Which beginner's program are you referring to? (I don't have 2.6, which sounds like what you have.)
Also, before I forget, a 2.6.1 version is planned to come out soon (next monday or something like that), so just to let you know, lots of bugs should be fixed by then.

The program (well actually the file) is called: CLICK_ME_TO_START.bat
that contained the tutorial...your version should still be close to mine
...im asking...what do i do when it shows a screen with squares?

Does it have a pop-up that says, "fatal error" and all that?
I use the launcher, maybe you should try that.

No error...just goes to the main menu and everything works fine...but it looks like the main program on there...Basically i don't know what to do...could you point me to a beginner's tutorial or tell me how to get my game coding started please? I have an idea because i started a 2D game in autohotkey but it was really hard since it's not actually for games...so i did some research and came here...If you could tell me how to start that would be great thanks

Uh, It may have something to do with that mike didn't put in a mystuff folder.....
And anyways, CP, they said 2.6 was going to be out in Augest, two months later.......

And yeah, the 2.6 timing is true...
@cc11: try the tutorial and support forums here for help, there's also our wiki, plus I can help with coding up to 2.5 (2.6 has different coding, but I think 2.5 coding works in 2.6... Gonna have to check.)

Right i sort this out please Go into my-stuff then delete the following.
config_fps
config_rpg (If you have it)
init
And the data folder.
Then after the it should show up Problem solve i hope.
And also welcome to the fourms too.
