These files will only work for Mac OSX computers 10.4+ and later. (PPC not supported)
This will install PAS to your Applications folder and the launcher will be right outside it.
To start double click on the launcher and your're good to go.

2.4 Installer: Platinum Arts Sandbox 2.4 Installer for MacOSX

2.5 Installer: Platinum Arts Sandbox 2.5 Installer for MacOSX

ToDo:
Add a shortcut to the desktop upon install.
Compress more. Make the DL faster.
Make a server GUI.

Other:
Convince all the devs to help me add Lua to the UI to make add-ons an option.(just what I want to do :s)

Hey I've compiled the installer for 2.5 and the SVN. Do you wanna see if maybe we can try to get some more support for mac users?

I'm not sure how to. Also as of now it only work on my macbook and possibly all macs running 2.6 (snow leopard) because when we tried it on my friends macbook running 2.5 (leopard) it wasn't working. I'm not going to be working on it anymore since it works for me unless people show interest but I can send anyone what I have and help them do it themselves because it really isn't hard I did it in the course of one night with no prior knowledge of sandbox or compiling binaries.

I plan to compile 2.5 and 2.6, but they will only work for 10.4+ Intel macs. As for spades it was because he set his XCode to build for 10.6+ macs and nothing lower. I may add some info on the Wiki on how to build for lower platforms but yes, I thoroughly expect to be compiling the Mac OSX version of sandbox if possible.(Kudos to spades for compiling for himself though! :D )

There are environment variables that have to be changed if you want anything lower than your own version.

Hi there,

Running OSX 10.6.4 and when I finish the install, log out, log back in and double click on the icon a dialog box pops up for settings. When I hit OK it just crashes and throws errors.

Any advice please, please. please? I really want to get this running for my students.

Thanks
