How about a zombie contest? The winner gets...I dunno, fame? Anyway, I would do it myself, but I can't find PAS on my PC(I posted a question about it. )

Maybe you have your folder options a little messed up, you should check around there.

How do I fix it?

just do a simple search on ur computer

I did, it's not there.

Download it again and when downloaded, right click on sandbox, and open not the map, but the map where it's in, than you can just create a shortcut on your desktop, I hope you understand what I mean
