In older versions there were a few spells like light and fireball. Are they removed or do you have to do something in order to get them?

I removed a while back when I wanted to cleanup restructure the default game, haven't yet had time to add everything back in, but I've at least got some of them down for now.
This is not a url, clicking it is pointless
