Reading your licensing agreement for your free game maker program it has this:
When you submit content (e.g. packages, maps, models) for inclusion in Platinum Arts
Sandbox Free 3D Game Maker you grant Platinum Arts LLC a Creative Commons 3.0 - BY SA
license to copy, modify, and redistribute the submitted content unless
another license is submitted with the content.
SA = (Share Alike) You allow others to distribute derivative works only under a license identical to the license that governs your work
Doesn't this mean that if I was to make a game using your free program and could make money off it,that you have the right to take the game from me and cut me out all together?
Let me say I have no problem with giving credit to you for what looks like a great program, but it does make me wonder if I could be doing allot of work for nothing,if I'm reading it wrong I would like to know.
