I don't think I could, the ghost might be doable, maybe a semi-transparent ogro (translucent), the cop would have changed skins (and maybe a hat; I'll see what I can do), the random people would be similar, so let's go from there...

Thanks pizza for the comment a few posts above me but anyway i hoping i get the next version out by friday.
Pizzalover i will get that radio done for you, you did want F2 as your radio button too did you.
Also i will make my own radio for you so people have 2 radios choices (I might even do 3 if i get chance) but anyway i et right on it.
Edit: Just forgot to tell you i will add the voices in the radios too for you and do not worry there will not sound like my real voice i will change my voice so you can not hear it.
