Im sorry that i had to make 3d post about this question but i did not get clear answer from threads below.

My question is:

If I make a game using this Sandboxgamemaker can I publish it, sell it, use it as i would my own property?

Yes, but you would need to remove ANY and ALL content that prevent commercial distribution.
one of our goals for 2.7 is to remove that caveat
