Rounded Walls

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to make a game that involves running through a series of rounded pipes/tubes/tunnells.
Is there a way of creating this that won't slow the rendering too much?

As far as I'm concerned making edges doesnt slow the rendering time as long as you dont use too small grid sizes.
Too make round edges you need to select an area and then hold Q whilst scrolling
