How do you make doors and how do you make them work?

Doors are generally mapmodels. To see a whole bunch of different trigger options check out the map teletest in the rpg. Also it has switches that change the skybox

I still don't understand. Teletest? What's that? Where's that? How do I use it? How do I access that? I know I'm asking a bunch of questions, but I am VERY confused and lost. Please, enlighten me, Mike.
