I want to introduce you my website, which contains a collection of my submitted public domain (CC0) resources and of my modifications and texturepacks as well.

You can find there for example some background and step sounds for your RPG, which you can use even commercially.

I have to point out that the texturepacks are for different engines, so they might not be perfect for use in Sandbox. The sounds though... they look good.

The texturepacks are not released for public use, so it doesn't matter if they fit to PAS or not.
By the way I've contributed some of my textures I've made for my game to opengameart.org and to PAS aswell.
