Hi all,
I come see you because I have problems with importing MD3 files into P.A.S. . The textures are refusing to appear on my models. (Excuse me for my English I am French)
I made this tutorial: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=807
With an adjustment because I have the blender version 2.6.
That is what I do:
1) I take the base cube on blender
2) I converted its sides in triangular elements
3) I create the UV map and export to PNG
4) I export the model md3
5) All in the correct folder for P.A.S, I put the textures on the picture PNG with Photoshop
6) I import the PNG as texture of the cube
7) I create the file md3.cfg
8) In P.A.S I see my cube, but with a simple color similar to my texture! (exemple : If I take a wood texture, I see juste a brown color...)
My cfg file is good because if I put any model already present in a sandbox instead of mine, I see my texture on it!
It annoys me that's three days I tried everything, can you help me please ...

Re: Texture problem with md3 files
I've had this problem before, if your model isn't animated I'd recommend just using the .obj format for now. I don't know whether it's the md3 exporter or Sandbox itself which is causing the problem. What exporter did you use for blender 2.6? (a link, please.) Dan's is only for 2.49, I believe.
