Re: What is needed most?
oh, sorry, that's still just asking what you use. Well, actually, do you have a website or something, or do you have old work I (we) could see?

Re: What is needed most?
My friends (especially my facebook friends) have been getting onto me about getting a deviant art of something but I guess I could post some. Let me find the appropriate thread here, and I will add a few.

Re: What is needed most?
What PAS realy needs is a working server like sauerbraten and multiplayer game modes! textures and music are not realy that important

Re: What is needed most?
Well, I hope my music gets accepted for Sandbox
Also I have around 40+ textures that I've made which could be used. They include mainly cave textures, static water textures, wood textures, and some other things

Re: What is needed most?
I have to agree with Esequiel here. We all have contributed in some way with music/textures/models. I think scripts would also be a big help. At the moment, I'm contemplating a Shift = Speed/Stamina button, which, while held down, allows the user to run faster and jump higher. Basic things like that would help. Also, it'd allow the user to customize his or her Shift button to the speed and elevation they want. I'm doing something similar in a test map, basically using 3 pads to increase gravity, jumping, and speed. There's also a reset button which resets to whatever you were before. I may think of a more efficient way of doing this in the future though.esequiel14 wrote:What PAS realy needs is a working server like sauerbraten and multiplayer game modes! textures and music are not realy that important

Re: What is needed most?
I am working on a game, been looking an engine. Its a really complicated fps. Almost every key on the keyboard is in use. movement is done with the mouse.
Re: What is needed most?
Scripting tutorials are really key I think. As far as I can tell there isnt ONE tutorial on how to code weapons and health etc (I may be mistaken, but ive looked about a LOT)
In my opinion textures, models and music etc are not as important as scripting help, because there ARE tutorials out there dedicated to these things. Even a breakdown of what each .h .cpp .cfg file does and how they relate to each other would be tremendously useful, however there is no documentation.

I'm taking modelling requests again - any models you want created, skinned or animated (or all 3) leave a post here:

My tutorial site - still under construction, but lots of good stuff there:
