Sauerbraten new release

Why does the new release of sauerbraten has all the characters of platinum arts? and also has alot of platinum arts textures and it also has an rpg mode now platinum arts has nothing special why did you did this platinum?

Dear Rulete,

Sandbox is based off of the cube 2 engine. The cube 2 engine IS Sauerbraten, that is a piece of Sauerbraten's code which was going to be Eisenstern but was discontinued.

why you ask that? cube engine exit at start of PAS and sauerbraten is called cube!

I understand the rpg part but the player models and all the creatures models of platinum arts? thats what make platinum arts especial and unique! whats
next robochimp in sauerbraten holding a chainsaw and a shotgun?

Most models that come with sandbox have in their licence that they may only be used with cube 2 engine... Some have that they may only be used with sandbox, but most of them are either totally free or limited to cube 2. So theres no point in complaining about it, since they are not doing anything illegal
