My definitions:
Manga = comic book/graphic novel, but right-to-left reading.
Comic book/graphic novel = mostly picture-based book with text.
ONTOPIC: I looked at the picture, it looks like there's a reflection of the sun on the water inside the building. Huh.

my library does have manga. YES!!!
Of course not all comics are manga, they are American (left-right) as opposed to Japanese (right-left).

Yeah, there's always a Japanese person working on it, whether as mangaka (author/illustrator) or adapter of some kind (e.g. based off of American novel).

Guys, Back on topic please... You like the style of manga, I suggest you watch a few films... Appleseed (2004) - If im wrong, ensure that one of the characters is "Duenan Knewt" or something like that.
