Sandbox Christmas Event

Hello sandboxers,

It's that time of year again for frustration, shopping, and the gift of giving.
I've decided to host a little Christmas event for you people, now this event has been created in, and therefore is only for the sandbox SVN.
If you don't have the sandbox SVN, now's the time to go and get it from http://sandboxgamemaker.com/wiki/index. ... evelopment.

The event is a little finding game where you're set out to find a number of christmas gifts.
The map name is fps/Christmasvillage, and make SURE you have your game-mode set to singleplayer.

Once you think you've found all the presents, feel free to PM me on the forums the number you've found, and since this is the season of giving, I'm going to award anyone who participates.

The first 3 people to find all of the presents, and PM me, will receive a free exclusive video game on steam.
If you don't have steam and you want to participate in the grand prizes you might want to visit http://store.steampowered.com/ to download, install, and register.

Would it be possible to just download the map files from inside http://www.svn.kids.platinumarts.net/32 ... /base/fps/
?
and view copy them to PAS 2.6.1? or does it require the ENTIRE svn?
if it requires the entire SVN, how do i get the going on ubuntu linux? like compiling and everything. i have never compiled anything before.

I can't work SVN, it loads a black console then disappears.

Compile it if need be. Go get Code::Blocks then Install it. Then go to src/windows and right-click - Build sandbox.cbp and Wait a few minutes until each mode is compiled, then run the mode.
