i want to make a good interface
and don't know how to add it in.
heres my idea for a interface

Yes... well:
1) Open your 2.6(.1) or SVN and go to Data>hud

There you'll find all the Themes you can use in SB. I'm assuming that you could possibly add an HUD for in-game playing as well.

2) Open your 2.6(.1) or SVN and go to Data>loadingscreen

This will show loading screen, bar, shot, etc. That's not necessarily the in-game HUD, but it's a start.

Usually in Data/rpg/hud
Just re-design the icons and it should be fine.

Okay, just to clarify, FPS doesn't have one. So you have to make one.
