How can you go on the sandbox and go with a friend or brother or sister and you can make a level together

You need to coop for that, so you first need to set up a server.
The easiest way is to use Hamachi, google it.
When you've set up a server, you should connect to it (yourself) (/connect *IP* in-game), and the other person you want to make a map with needs to connect to it too, same way
If you've did everything right you should be together in 1 map (House by Hirato), you can create a new map (works same as in single player, both players can do it), or you can show of a map you already made (/map *mapname*, first the one of which the map is), when the map is loaded, type /sendmap to send your map, you can edit together, but the heighfieldmode and the undo function are disabbled.
