blurry start up and in game

ok just got the new release of pas and its blurry on start up and in game now i have never had issues with older versions im running win 7 so i downloaded that version only is there anyone that can help me id really appreciate it thanks.changed resolution it does get a little better but it doesn't help much

While In game change some settings

are You Using
RPG or FPS?

Maybe you have blur on, it's in the settings somewhere
