Well i don't know what version you have but everything you need would be in "my_stuff) folder.

Everything you create in sandbox goes straight into my_stuff.

Sure, /music (_____) <--- name of song. Put your song in the music folder, it must be ogg. Start up sandbox and enter that and it will start playing
